I think I'd pretty much echo your list - and add the opportunity that Europe for weekend trips is close and easy.
English newspapers might also get added (although there's a lot on the internet these days).
English bookshops.
Even travel by train (and that's going to surprise those still living in blighty!)

The last trains I remember were Gatwick to London...modern and sterile...no character
The train rides I remember best were Chingford to Liverpool Street...Old Steam trains...Noises...Smells... Sounds and Soot...

It's a little tougher but Steak and Kidney Pudding should be doable as well.
I do miss a night at the pub and a good curry afterwards. They fail miserably at both here in Michigan (MIshigan cunts!)

Showers that barely get you wet.
The weather (you can leave the sunglasses at home)
Walking around any city trying to find someone that speaks English or any woman not wearing a hijab.
